Christopher Howland has established a broad portfolio of organisational development capabilities through more than a decade of experience in management and OD consultancy across commercial, government and not-for-profit sectors. Gina Huisy possesses unique expertise in executive search and candidate sourcing, Employee Assistance Program counselling and workshop delivery. Between them, Gina Huisy and Christopher Howland have established knowledge and demonstrated capability to deliver services across cultures through their work with Chinese, Aboriginal Australian and mainstream Australian clients.
